After using the recirculating chiller for more than two years, in order to ensure the safe operation of the equipment, we need to regularly detect the fault of the equipment. Blockage is one of the common faults of the recirculating chiller. Blocking will cause slow cooling speed of the equipment and loud noise in operation. In serious cases, the compressor will not stop and do not cool, which will seriously affect the normal operation and use of the equipment. If it is not handled for a long time, it will even cause damage to the equipment, so we must pay attention to it.
The reason for the blockage is that there are too many impurities in the refrigeration system (oxides, copper chips, microorganisms, dust, welding slag, etc.). When these impurities flow with the circulation system, they may be blocked at the filter screen, capillary or drying filter. Ice blockage is caused by water entering the refrigeration system. The content of refrigerant has certain water, and there is no strict vacuum pumping requirement in the maintenance process. If we do not pay attention to the process of adding refrigerant, water will be brought in. When the compressor is used at high temperature, the refrigerant will change from liquid to gas, and the water will enter the capillary with the circulation of refrigerant. This is the main reason for ice blockage.
In addition, the blockage of the recirculating chiller can also be divided into two cases: full blockage and half blockage. The phenomenon is that the evaporator is not frosted or not frosted enough, and the rear temperature of the condenser is high. There is no temperature when touching the drying filter or condenser by hand, and a large amount of gas is ejected when cutting the pipe. The above conditions can prove that the system circulation is not smooth. After the ice jam is formed, the exhaust resistance of the compressor will increase rapidly, and the condenser is not hot. After heating the evaporator for a period of time, it can work normally, but after working for a period of time, the fault will occur again, which is the characteristic of ice jam in the equipment.
