When we choose a heater chiller, we need to have a partial understanding of the equipment we want to buy. So, how to choose the appropriate heater chiller is better? When the heater chiller is running, it is necessary to control the high and low temperature. The temperature medium adopts heat transfer oil, which can realize temperature control between -80 ℃ ~200 ℃. There are two cooling methods: water cooling and air cooling. Both cooling methods are selected according to the environment of the heater chiller.
The air cooling of the heater chiller uses the air flow to generate heat convection, so as to reduce the ambient temperature in the box and achieve the purpose of cooling. Water cooling uses the flow of water or other coolants to cool, and its cooling efficiency is generally higher than air cooling.
Water cooling and air cooling are not simply optional in the heater chiller, but are determined by the environment using the heater chiller. The average temperature is high, and the cooling rate when air cooling is used is often too low, so the direct water cooling effect will be better, so it is better to choose cooler. The ambient temperature is low and the water cooling effect is not good, which is easy to cause icing and affect the flow of water. Therefore, air cooling is suitable. Water cooling and heat dissipation requires a site with water supply conditions, so there are some requirements for the site. The air-cooled cooling mode requires that the site is low, only ventilation is required, the ambient temperature is not high, and an exhaust fan is enough. In addition, the models and functions of heater chiller vary according to different manufacturers, so we need to know clearly before selecting them, and then select them according to our actual work conditions.
