Single layer glass reactor is a common laboratory instrument, which is mainly used for the temperature rise and fall reaction of laboratory materials, and can also realize the functions of mixing, condensation, etc. Compared with the double-layer glass reactor, the single-layer glass reactor has obvious characteristics, small floor space, low price, and simple and convenient operation. However, single-layer glass reactor can only be used for high-temperature and constant temperature reaction. If low-temperature experiment is required, a recirculating chiller should also be equipped.

Characteristics of single-layer glass reactor.

1. High borosilicate glass with excellent physical and chemical properties.


2. The reaction conditions of normal temperature, high temperature and low temperature can be selected for the experiment.


3. It can work under normal pressure and negative pressure test conditions, and the static negative pressure can reach -0.098MPa.


4. Digital display of mixing speed, large torque motor, frequency conversion constant speed mixing system, stable operation.


5. PTFE slurry, the seal between the mixing shaft and the reactor is made of special materials.


6. Solid and liquid can be placed.


7. The bracket is made of SUS304 stainless steel and can be heated by oil, water or electric heating jacket.
