It can be used together with various instruments such as rotary evaporator, fermentation tank, chemical reactor, freeze dryer, etc. The refrigeration capacity is large, the refrigeration speed is fast, and the work efficiency is high. In practical application, the temperature of the recirculating chiller will be lower than the set value, for example, the equipment with -40℃ can only be lowered to -35℃.
1. The condenser is dirty, and the radiator is covered with dirt, so nitrogen can be used to blow it out.
2. The ventilation space is insufficient, the air cannot circulate normally, and the temperature cannot be cooled if it cannot disperse
3. Low medium concentration: after the medium is used for a period of time, the condensed water in the air will enter the medium and become thick at low temperature. If the cooling capacity cannot be transmitted, the temperature will not be lowered. If the medium freezes at low temperature, the medium needs to be replaced.
4. The room temperature is too high: the cooling speed will be slow when the room temperature is too high in summer, and the air conditioner is required to reduce the room temperature.
