Share with you some common faults and solutions of circulating water vacuum pump.
No vacuum or inaccurate vacuum gauge
1. The motor speed is not enough or the voltage is too low.
Solution: check whether the voltage is stable.
2. The vacuum bottle and check valve are blocked or corroded by dirt.
Solution: clean the internal dirt or replace the new bottle and valve core.
3. The water inlet and filter pipe network are blocked.
Solution: clean and take out the internal dirt.
4. The vacuum gauge has water or air leakage.
Solution: throw out the water in the meter, make the meter needle return to zero or replace it with a new meter.
5. The vacuum pipeline is blocked or cracked.
Solution: clean the pipeline or replace it with a new one.
Motor does not work
1. The fuse is burnt out.
Solution: replace with a new fuse tube.
2. The operating capacitor is burnt out.
Solution: replace a new capacitor with the same voltage as the original capacity.
3. The motor winding is burnt out.
Solution: replace the motor with a new one.
4. The bearing is severely worn and stuck.
Solution: replace the bearing with a new one.
5. The impeller is blocked and stuck.
Solution: clean up the sundries and correct the impeller position.
6. Faulty soldering of wire ends or loose wire clips.
Solution: weld firmly and adjust the line clamp.
The motor is too hot and noisy
1. The bearing is worn.
Solution: replace the bearing with a new one.
2. The impeller is worn and deformed.
Solution: replace the impeller with a new one.
3. The voltage is unstable or too low.
Solution: check whether the line is overloaded and whether there is low voltage.
Water leakage
1. The sealing ring of the water tank is aging.
Solution: replace the sealing ring.
2. The water tank is broken.
Solution: replace the water tank.
