1、 Refrigerant leakage of heater chiller


In case of refrigerant leakage in the heater chiller, we must make up the leakage or deal with it at the place where the refrigerant leaks, replace the desiccant, vacuumize again, and fill with appropriate refrigerant.


When you find that the leaked refrigerant is partially immersed in water, please stop the operation of the heater chiller immediately, and quickly drain the water in the water tank, so as to prevent the compressor from sucking water into the system and causing more serious damage.


2、 Bearing wear of heater chiller

1. Rust marks appear on the surface of the rolling bearing balls of the high and low temperature all-in-one machine

2. The clearance between the inner circle of the barrel bearing and the outer circle of the rolling bearing exceeds 0.1mm.

2. Replace the bearing or insert it into the inner sleeve after enlarging the inner circle of the bearing;


3、 Heater chiller bearing overheating

1. The spindle of the heater chiller or the components on the spindle rub with the bearing box

2. The motor shaft is not concentric with the fan shaft, so that the inner rolling bearing in the bearing box does not move

3. Too much grease in the bearing housing

4. There is a gap between the bearing and the bearing housing, and the bolts of the bearing housing are too tight or loose.

1. Check which part of the friction, and then dispose of it

2. Adjust the concentricity of two shafts

3. The lubricating grease in the box is 1/3~1/2 of the box space
