1. Appearance and structure: The controller of the rotary evaporator uses an aluminum alloy case, and the upper cover is easy to pull out for easy maintenance. The panel is equipped with temperature digital display meter, voltmeter, speedometer, control switch and adjustment knob.
2. Voltage regulation and temperature control: the heating circuit of the rotary evaporator uses solid state relay for temperature regulation, and the heating circuit control part is equipped with intelligent digital display, so that the heating temperature can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the process requirements, and the temperature control accuracy is high.
3. Electrical principle: the electronic components of the rotary control circuit are installed on the circuit board, and have complete protection functions such as high speed regulation accuracy, stable speed, strong anti-interference ability, overspeed limit, etc. Adjusting the speed regulation knob can change the DC voltage of the DC motor, thereby changing the speed of the motor, so as to achieve the purpose of speed control.
