Debugging process of heater chiller and glass reactor

It is not difficult for users who buy the double jacketed glass reactor and heater chiller to debug themselves. Before debugging, we need to do some simple preparations: prepare water, electricity, pipeline connection, heat transfer oil and cable in advance, and connect the glass reactor and the high & low temperature control system. These are early preparations.

Commissioning process of heater chiller and glass reactor:

1. Open the valves of the expansion tank and the equipment oil-gas diverter, open the inlet and outlet stop valves, and use the oil well pump to add the heat transfer oil into the tank.

2. Start the equipment power supply, start the circulating pump, put the heat transfer oil pump into the circulating system, and check the system pressure.

3. When the pressure rises to about 4kg, you can see the liquid level display of the expansion tank, which is in the normal position.

4. The oil tank cannot be full. The oil tank does not participate in heat exchange, but can only fill and drain oil.

When there is pressure in the high and low temperature temperature control system of the reactor, the temperature cannot rise to 300 ℃ at one time, and the temperature should be raised slowly at the initial stage of commissioning:

1. Heat the temperature to 80 ℃ for half an hour and check whether the pressure gauge is abnormal;

2. If the pressure is stable, we can continue to increase the temperature by 10 ℃, and we need to reduce the temperature when the pressure is unstable and continue to boil the oil for a long time before it can be discharged;

3. Remember to reduce the temperature below 130 ℃ after work and turn off the machine, which is conducive to the long-term stable operation of the equipment;
