1. The high pressure in the system is too high when running the heater chiller

Operation at high pressure is usually due to:

1) If the cooling water flow is too small or the water temperature is too high, only increase the cooling water flow or reduce the water temperature;

2) The copper tubes of the condenser have a lot of fouling, and the heat exchange effect is poor. At this time, it is necessary to clean the heat exchanger in the low-temperature constant temperature bath;

3) There is too much refrigerant. If there is too much refrigerant, part of the refrigerant shall be discharged outward;

4) If the opening is too small, just adjust the opening of the expansion valve properly.


2. Low pressure is too low when running the heater chiller

The main reasons for low pressure are as follows:

1) If the refrigerant is insufficient, just make up the leakage, supplement the refrigerant or adjust the expansion valve;

2) When the filter element is blocked, clean or replace the filter element;

3) The opening time of expansion valve is too short, and the opening of expansion valve shall be adjusted properly;

4) The capillary tube of the heater chiller is blocked, so long as the capillary tube is cleaned or replaced.


3. The freezing water pump of heater chiller does not discharge water

The main reasons why the heater chiller does not produce water are as follows:

1) The water pump turns in the opposite direction, and the water pump motor turns incorrectly;

2) When the impeller is blocked, clean the water pump impeller.


4. There are three main reasons for frosting of air return pipe and compressor shell:

1) Opening time of expansion valve is too long

Solution: adjust the expansion valve.

2) Excessive cold medium

Solution: refrigerant is used for the discharge part.

3) The heat load is too small

Solution: increase the heat load or open the valve beside the chilled water circuit.
