Common faults, causes, and troubleshooting methods of vacuum pumps.
Low vacuum degree.
Cause of occurrence:
The temperature of the vacuum pump is too high, which may be due to scratches and wear inside the pump, as well as displacement of the rotor shaft.
There is a problem with the oil in the vacuum pump: the oil level is too low and the seal is not tight. The oil is contaminated and appears milky yellow. The oil level is normal, the oil circuit is blocked, and an appropriate amount of oil is not maintained in the pump chamber.
The vacuum pump itself has air leakage: the sealing ring, gas needle valve gasket are damaged or not compressed, and the exhaust valve plate is damaged, resulting in poor sealing. The intake filter is blocked.
Solution:
Reassemble after repair.
Replace the lubricating oil.
Check the oil inlet volume of the oil circuit and valve.
Replace the sealing ring or valve disc according to the specific situation, remove and clean it.
