In winter, the heater chiller needs to be maintained to make the equipment work better and prolong the service life of the heater chiller.
1. When the heater chiller is stopped in winter, the circulating liquid in the heater chiller shall be drained to avoid damage of the circulating pump and pipeline due to internal ice after the temperature drops.
2. Regularly check the vulnerable parts of the heater chiller, such as sealing rings, bearings, impellers and check valves. If there is serious wear or damage, replace them. The rusted parts can be cleaned with gasoline, and then evenly coated with engine oil for reinstallation.
3. Cast iron parts shall be cleaned with steel brush, then coated with anti rust paint, and stored in a dry and ventilated place after being completely dry.
