The material temperature in the reactor adopts the linear control mode, the program control mode can be selected, and the temperature difference between the heat transfer medium and the material can be set independently. The circulation system of the heater chiller adopts a fully closed form, which does not produce oil mist under high temperature and does not absorb water under low temperature. In addition, there is an expansion container in the system to prevent the contraction or expansion of the heat transfer medium during cooling and heating.
Typical applications of the heater chiller include dynamic constant temperature control of the cold and heat sources of high-pressure reactors, double-layer jacketed reactors, microchannel reactors, small-scale temperature control systems, low-temperature and high-temperature aging tests of materials, constant temperature control of the cold and heat sources of chemical reactions, cooling and heating of semiconductor devices, cooling and heating of vacuum boxes, and constant temperature control.
The heater chiller can quickly heat or cool, and can continuously control the temperature between high temperature and low temperature. It has a wide temperature control range. It does not need to replace the heat transfer medium in the whole process, saving the heat transfer medium.
