The daily maintenance of laboratory instruments is an important link for our instruments to be used for a long time. Good maintenance can make the equipment have a longer service life and maintain good accuracy and performance. So how to maintain the laboratory instruments correctly?
1. First of all, our laboratory must have a clear and strict post responsibility system, formulate the corresponding maintenance process according to the characteristics of the instrument, set the maintenance cycle for regular maintenance, and seriously implement this work.
2. Carry out skill training on relevant equipment for experimental technicians, and be sure to master correct operation methods to avoid equipment damage or safety accidents caused by wrong operation. For the use of large-scale precision instruments, the system of employment with certificates must be strictly implemented. It is strictly prohibited for personnel without training or unqualified training results to operate large-scale precision instruments and equipment.
3. When equipment is not used for a long time and needs to be sealed, we should pay attention to regular cleaning and maintenance of sealed equipment to avoid equipment damage and unnecessary loss due to rust or dust.
4. For electronic instruments and equipment, when we are not in use for a long time, we should regularly clean and remove dust, and test the startup of the equipment to ensure that the equipment is in good condition at any time, and power on can also prevent moisture damage to components.
5. Mechanical equipment needs to be lubricated, rustproof, dustproof and moisture-proof frequently. Mechanical equipment is easy to rust, so we'd better store it in a dry place.
6. The temperature regulating equipment in the laboratory, such as air conditioner and dryer, should clean the filter screen at least once every half a month, and the external machine should also be cleaned and maintained regularly, which can effectively improve the efficiency and effect of the equipment. We should also clean and lubricate the fan equipment in the laboratory regularly.
