The working principle of the double-layer glass reactor is to control the temperature of the experimental materials inside the reactor by connecting different cold and hot temperature sources through the interlayer of the double-layer glass reactor, and it has the function of stirring. The double-layer glass reactor has good sealing performance as a whole, and can be combined with vacuum pump to vacuum the reaction experiment under negative pressure.
Unpacking and installation steps:
1. After opening the wooden case, check whether the parts are complete according to the packing list.
2. Install the frame of stainless steel pipes and fasteners as shown in the instructions. According to the height of use, fix the circular bracket on the vertical rod, place the kettle on the bracket, insert the semicircular hoop into the neck of the fixed kettle on the vertical rod, tighten the fixing screws after closing, and pay attention to the verticality of the reactor body during installation.
3. Pass the mixing rod through the rotating bearing hole in the middle of the kettle cover and fix it on the motor spindle, then adjust the motor position and pay attention to the vertical concentricity.
4. The spherical grinding port on the kettle cover is connected with the glass tee joint bottle, the 40 # standard grinding port is the feeding port connected with the constant pressure funnel, the 24 # standard grinding port is the plug-in thermowell port, the 35 # standard grinding port is the multi-functional standby port, the bottom is equipped with a discharge valve, the lower port of the kettle body is connected with the circulating liquid inlet, and the upper port is connected with the circulating liquid return port.
5. When installing glassware, be sure to clean it, wipe the interface with vaseline to prevent the glass from sticking, and then apply vacuum grease to prevent air leakage.
6. Lock the universal wheel and turn on the motor for mixing. If the mixing is stable, the debugging is good.
Precautions: glass reactor cannot be used in flammable, explosive and corrosive places.
