4. The kettle body bracket is fixed on the upright according to the use height, and the kettle body is placed on the bracket. Pay attention to ensure that the reactor body is vertical.

5. The mixing rod is installed on the gear ring collet of the motor spindle. The mixing rod passes through the rotating bearing of the shaft cap, fastens the special joint, and then adjusts the position of the motor. Note that the center of the circle is vertical to the kettle body.

6. Install the electric box and vacuum meter on the top of the other pole, and tighten the screws.

7. The left standard port on the kettle cover is used to insert the serpentine reflux condenser, the right side is the feeding port to connect the constant pressure funnel, and the middle front standard port is the casing to insert the thermometer.

8. When installing the glassware, it must be clean. Each interface of the glassware can be coated with Vaseline to prevent the glass from being stuck. Finally, vacuum grease can be coated to increase the air tightness.

9. Fix the universal wheel and insert the power supply for mixing. If the mixing is stable and smooth, it means that the installation and commissioning have been completed.
