Recirculating chiller is a kind of equipment adopting mechanical refrigeration mode. It can provide low temperature environment and low temperature liquid for equipment and instruments requiring low temperature. It has high cooling speed, large cooling capacity and small floor area. At the same time, it can cooperate with multiple equipment, so that its use range is more and more wide.
During installation, the packing box shall be opened to confirm whether the equipment is in good condition, whether there is collision, whether the accessories are complete, and whether the power line and socket are normal.
Firstly, wrap the raw material tape clockwise at the threaded joint of the supporting valve of the recirculating chiller to ensure no leakage, align and tighten it with the liquid inlet and outlet of the equipment. If the external circulation needs to be connected additionally, please connect the warm pipe to the recirculating chiller at the outlet and return valves. Then, according to the installation diagram in the manual, connect the pipelines of the circulation system to ensure no leakage. Then tighten the fixing rod and fixing bolt of the equipment. After confirming that the equipment does not shake, the installation is completed.
Finally, the recirculating chiller needs to be placed on the ground stably, and then powered on for testing after 12 hours.
