The single-layer glass reactor is different from the double-layer glass reactor. It cannot control the circulating temperature through the interlayer. The mixing function enables the materials to be fully stirred inside the reactor. It is a very common equipment in the laboratory and production. Today we will share how to prolong the life of single-layer glass reactor.
① Before operation, it is necessary to check whether the equipment accessories are lost, whether the glass parts are damaged, and whether the value of the instrument is normal.
② Do not tighten any interface of the instrument too tightly, and release the interface regularly to avoid locking.
③ When wiping each connection port, be sure to use a clean soft cloth, and apply vacuum grease to strengthen lubrication.
④ Clean the sealing ring regularly, wipe it with a soft cloth and apply a small amount of vacuum grease.
⑤ Do not over tighten the PTFE switch to avoid damaging the glass.
⑥ After shutdown, release the PTFE switch to avoid deformation of PTFE piston.
⑦ When in use, let the equipment speed gradually accelerate from slow to fast, and turn off the switch after the standby equipment is completely stopped.
⑧ After using the equipment, wipe the dust, grease and solvent residues on the surface with a soft cloth in time.
⑨ Attention shall be paid to avoid serious failure caused by water entering electrical components.
⑩ The power must be turned off during equipment maintenance.
