Maintenance of glass reactor:
1. Check the instruments and check whether the kettle body is damaged.
2. Clean all interfaces regularly.
3. Regularly check whether the motor and its coupling are loose.
4. Turn on the power switch to make the stirring paddle run from slow to fast, and turn off the switch after the stirring paddle stops completely.
5. Check whether the seal ring of the reaction kettle is damaged and keep the lubrication of the shaft and seal ring.
6. The electrical part shall be free from water and moisture.
7. When replacing parts of the reactor, use the accessories made by the original manufacturer.
