When we usually operate the recirculating chiller, how to solve the problem that the circulating liquid does not circulate?
1. The suction pipe leaks.
Solution: tighten the sealing surface at the joint and exhaust the air in the pipeline.
2. The instrument valve is not opened, the inlet and outlet pipes are blocked, and the outflow impeller is blocked.
Solution: open the valve or remove the blockage.
3. Check the rotation direction of the motor to see if there is reverse rotation.
Solution: adjust the motor direction and strengthen the strength of the motor connection.
4. Air enters the pump body.
Solution: open the upper cover or exhaust valve of the pump to discharge the gas in the pipeline.
5. The pipeline resistance is too large, so centrifugal pump should not be selected.
Solution: reduce the pipe elbow and replace the pump.
