Precautions for use of magnetic stirrers
1. When using the instrument for the first time, check whether the accessories are complete, such as stirrers, power cords, etc.
2. Do not overfill the solution in the container to prevent the solution from spilling out and corroding the body during mixing.
3. When adjusting the speed, gradually adjust the speed from low speed to high speed. Do not start directly from high speed to prevent the mixer from jumping.
4. Medium speed operation can extend the service life of the magnetic stirrer.
5. If the stirrer jumps or does not stir, please check whether the beaker is horizontal and whether the rotational speed is appropriate.
6. The temperature measurement probe should be placed at a suitable height in the solution, and the stirrer should not collide with the probe to prevent damage to the probe.
7. Ordinary heated magnetic stirrers cannot be heated without stirring, and continuous heating above 70℃ should not exceed 2 hours.
8. After use, clean the temperature measuring probe and stirrer.
