It is a common material synthesis instrument in the fields of chemistry, petroleum, chemical industry, biomedicine, etc. It can perform distillation, concentration, reflux, separation, purification and other reactions. In essence, the triple-layer glass reactor is developed and imported based on the double-layer glass reactor. From the appearance, the difference between the triple-layer glass reactor and the double-layer glass reactor is not significant. The main difference is that the number of glass layers on the reactor body has increased by one layer.

The body of the triple-layer glass reactor forms two layers of interlayer, which can be used for stirring and control the evaporation and reflux of the reaction solution. The inner jacketed of the triple-layer glass reaction kettle is used to connect the circulating temperature control equipment (such as heater chiller, recirculating chiller, water bath, etc.), and the outermost interlayer is used for vacuumizing, which can maintain the cooling or heating temperature of materials in the kettle as much as possible under the vacuum state of the outer interlayer, so as to improve the experimental efficiency. The materials react in the reactor, and after the reaction, the materials can be discharged from the PTFE outlet at the bottom of the bus.
