Recirculating chiller is a new type of laboratory refrigeration equipment that uses closed compressor unit for refrigeration. It can provide constant temperature and pressure liquid for a variety of experimental equipment to meet the needs of cooling water or low-temperature liquid for cooling or constant temperature instruments, such as rotary evaporator, double-layer glass reactor, electron microscope, mass spectrometer, low-temperature chemical reactor, fermentation tank, etc.
In the process of using the instrument, the equipment may fail to cycle due to improper daily operation or long-term lack of maintenance. How can we solve the cycle failure? Now let's analyze some circular fault problems.
1. When we find that the recirculating chiller cannot carry out external circulation, we first need to check whether the circulating valve of the equipment is normally opened. If it is closed, we can open the valve switch.
2. The circulation cannot be carried out due to the blockage of the internal circulation pipeline of the recirculating chiller, which is caused by the long-term failure to clean the circulation pipeline. The dirt, dust, microorganisms, etc. in the air will cause the blockage of the circulation pipeline. The blockage can be eliminated.
3. If there is air in the recirculating chiller, the liquid circulation can not be carried out. We can turn on the circulating switch of the recirculating chiller for five seconds and then close the roof. Repeat this for 3-4 times. This problem can also be solved by discharging some of the circulating liquid of the low-temperature cooling circulating device or by keeping the low-temperature cooling circulating device stationary for a period of time.
4. If none of the above three conditions is the reason why the recirculating chiller cannot circulate, it may be that the circulating pump is damaged. If the circulating pump is allowed to dry burn for a long time, it is very easy to damage the circulating pump. At this time, we can only replace the circulating pump.
