Usage of freeze-drying machine.

1. Refrigeration must first be pre cooled for 2 hours, and when the temperature reaches -25 degrees Celsius, the freeze-dried material should be added.

2. Pre processing: Materials must undergo freezing and rapid freezing treatment before freeze-drying. The temperature depends on the product type, dry matter content, and freezing rate.

3. Feeding: The feeding amount must be according to the regulations. The thickness of the material in the material tray is important for the drying time and cannot be increased arbitrarily.

4. Close the door and activate the vacuum device.

5. After freeze-drying is completed, open the drainage outlet to discharge the defrosting water. Finally, close the exhaust valve and drain valve for the second freeze-drying.
