1、 Open the cover of the water tank and pour appropriate medium (2 cm below the edge of the bath) according to the constant temperature requirements.
2、 Connect the recirculating chiller into the system used in the experiment according to the instructions, and connect the liquid inlet and outlet of the equipment with the experimental instrument with insulating hose. If only the recirculating chiller is used for cold bath operation, connect the liquid inlet and outlet of the circulating pump.
3、 Correctly insert the power plug into a separate socket.
4、 When starting up, turn on the safety switch and power switch, and the instrument panel displays the actual temperature.
5、 Turn on the refrigeration switch, and after a three minute delay, the compressor starts to work. (the double machine is the high-temperature machine, which works first. After the high-temperature machine reaches the set temperature of -30 ℃, delay for three minutes, the recirculating chiller starts to work, and the refrigeration indicator light is on).
6、 At the same time of startup and refrigeration, if there is internal circulation, you can turn on the switch of the pump and the valve of internal circulation at the same time to ensure uniform temperature distribution.
7、 After the temperature reaches the set temperature, open the switch and valve of the circulating pump and start the test.
8、 After the experiment, first turn off the instruments that need cooling, turn off the circulating pump switch, refrigeration switch, power switch in turn, and then unplug the power.
9、 If it is not used for a long time, discharge the refrigerant and flush the pipeline with clean water.
