In the process of using the jacketed glass reactor, if any of the following abnormalities occurs, we need to immediately stop the operation of the reactor.
1. Excessive packing.
2. The working pressure and medium temperature of the double layer glass reactor exceed the specified value.
3. The fixed parts are damaged, which is difficult to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
4. The body of the double wall glass reactor has cracks, bulges, deformation, leakage and other defects endangering safety.
If there is abnormal sound inside the double-layer glass reactor during operation, stop the reactor to release pressure and check whether the mixing system is abnormal.
Check the swing of the mixing shaft frequently. If the swing is too large, replace the bearing or sliding shaft sleeve in time.
