Thermostatic water bath is also called stirring reaction bath because the bath is equipped with a magnetic stirring system. The high-precision temperature control function of the thermostatic water bath can provide the laboratory with a cold and hot controlled experimental environment with uniform temperature distribution, which is convenient for the laboratory to conduct constant temperature experiments or constant temperature tests. A circulating pump is installed inside, which can pump out the circulating liquid inside the bath for external circulation, cooling or constant temperature and other experimental equipment, so as to realize multi-purpose of one machine.
Preparation of thermostatic water bath before use
(1) Connect the liquid inlet and outlet of the equipment with the outlet and inlet of the experimental equipment with the insulation hose.
(2) Open the insulation cover and add water or other media from the water tank. The liquid capacity needs to exceed the height of the evaporator.
(3) Power on:
A. Make sure the safety switch is off before connecting the power.
B. Insert the power connector of the reaction bath into a special socket, and the socket must have a reliable grounding wire.
Operation process of thermostatic water bath after startup
(1) Turn on the leakage protection switch and power switch.
(2) Set the desired temperature.
(3) Turn on the refrigeration switch.
(4) Turn on the cycle switch. When the temperature of the reaction bath reaches the set temperature, the circulation switch can be turned on to provide external coolant.
(5) Turn on the mixing switch. In the experiment, if mixing is required, please put the magnetic stirrer at the bottom of the liquid storage tank or put the magnetic stirrer into the flask, and then put the flask into the liquid storage tank. Then press the mixing switch, the corresponding indicator light will be on, and adjust the speed control knob clockwise to reach the speed required by the user.
Finishing work after using thermostatic water bath
(1) First turn off the equipment to be cooled, then turn off the circulating pump switch, mixing switch, refrigerator switch and power switch in turn, then pull down the safety switch and unplug the power plug.
(2) If it is not used for a long time, please drain the coolant and rinse it with clean water.
