Working principle of vacuum drying oven.
Vacuum drying oven is a technological device used to remove internal moisture from objects. It achieves a drying effect by creating a low-pressure environment and evaporating water from objects. Vacuum drying boxes have been widely used in many fields, including food processing, material research, chemical experiments, and so on.
The vacuum drying oven achieves the drying process through the following steps:
Creating a vacuum environment: After opening the vacuum drying box, the equipment will extract the air inside the box through devices such as pumps, creating a low-pressure environment.
Heating object: The vacuum drying oven will provide a heating source to raise the temperature inside the oven to the set drying temperature.
Water evaporation: In low pressure and high temperature environments, the water inside an object will gradually evaporate.
Water discharge: The evaporated water will be pumped out of the box by devices such as vacuum pumps, thereby achieving the drying of the object.
