Common faults, causes, and troubleshooting methods of vacuum pumps.
There is abnormal noise during the operation of the vacuum pump, making it difficult to rotate.
Cause of occurrence:
The deformation or fracture of the spring causes uneven force on the rotor, resulting in an impact sound.
The filter screen is damaged and debris falls into the pump.
The inner cavity of the vacuum pump is severely polluted and the parts are rusted.
The shaft and sleeve fit too tightly, causing poor lubrication.
Solution:
Replace the spring, remove and clean it, change the oil, reassemble it, and clear the oil circuit.
