1. Pressure test: conduct a hydrostatic test on glass pipes with a diameter of no more than 2 inches. When the pressure reaches 20kg/cm², no damage will occur. In order to maintain sufficient service stability coefficient, it is recommended that the glass reactor, condenser and glass pipes should not be greater than 0.35MPa.
2. Water resistance: take glass powder with a diameter of 0.3~0.5mm, boil it with distilled water for 1h, and the Na2O content in the sample shall not be greater than 0.003mg/g.
3. Acid resistance: Boil the glass sample with 20.4% hydrochloric acid for 3 hours to determine the weight loss.
4. Alkali resistance: Boil the mixed solution of one background equivalent concentration NaOH and one equivalent concentration Na2CO3 for three hours to determine its weight loss, which shall not be greater than 90mg per 100 cubic centimeters of surface area.
5. Processing temperature: 1220℃, strain temperature 520℃, 560℃, annealing temperature 820℃.
